Solar Santa Monica supports Energy Upgrade California!

This state-wide program - launched in March, 2011, is offering homeowners up to $8,000 in rebates and incentives for permanent, single-family home energy improvements made by participating contractors. For more information, review the Eligible Upgrades Fact Sheet and our FAQ document - then check with a Participating EUC Contractor about scheduling a home assessment.

"Green Tea"
A Workshop for Homeowners

Solar Santa Monica is co-hosting this three-part series of events called "Green Teas" to help homeowners who are interested in going green.

These events will have guest speakers that will help explain how the Energy Upgrade program can help make homes more energy and water efficient, while improving indoor air quality and safety, too. Come to all three! The Green Teas will all be held on Sunday's at Culver City Studios' Bistro from 2-4pm. Save the Dates!

Thinking about an Energy Upgrade? Financing is now available!

LA County has arranged with a local credit union to make low-cost loans available to participants in Energy Upgrade California. Your contractor has eligibility info and will help with the paperwork. Naturally, loan terms vary depending on the size and length of the loan, but there are no closing costs and you may borrow up to the full amount of the project. The application packet is available for download.
